Trading Card Condition Policy

At Karu’s Collectibles, card condition is determined by the number and severity of visible imperfections. Imperfections may result from play, handling, storage, or manufacturing defects. Each flaw is evaluated based on its type (ex: scratch, bend, edge wear) and severity (ex: slight, moderate, severe).

When assessing condition, we consider three core aspects of card integrity:

Structure – The physical stability and durability of the card and its cardstock.
Playability – Whether the card remains usable in organized or casual gameplay.
Authentication – Whether the card can be verified as legitimate using official manufacturer markers.

Cards that fail structural or authentication standards will be classified as Damaged, regardless of cosmetic appearance.

Final Determination

Karu’s Collectibles reserves the right to make the final determination on all card condition classifications. Condition assessments are based on industry standards and our internal quality guidelines.

Selling Policy / Disclaimer

Offers remain valid for 48 hours.

All items are inspected for authenticity and condition upon arrival.

If the item differs from what was originally described, a new quote will be issued.

For larger payments, a valid ID may be required. 

We do not purchase stolen merchandise. 

If a lot is declined after verification, the items will be returned, with shipping costs covered by the seller.
